Written Examination Requirements:
The applicant must successfully complete both parts of the National Board Dental examination written examination with a minimum average score of 75%The applicant must pass a written jurisprudence examination on the contents and interpretation of NRS 631 and NAC 631
Educational Requirements:
The applicant must be a graduate of a dental school accredited by CODA, a two-year advanced standing or international program is accepted for this requirement as long as it awards a DDS or DMD.Clinical Examination Requirements:
The applicant must present a certificate from WREB that indicate passing the WREB examination within the 5 years immediately preceding the date of the application.Another clinical examination alternative is the ADLEX administered in the State of Nevada
Other Requirements:
The applicant must be a US citizen or lawfully entitled to remain and work in the US.$1200 application fee ($1500 for the ADLEX Nevada exam option)
